  1. The administrator of personal data is Paulina Borkowska EcoMedica based in Kielce.

  2. The personal data administrator attaches great importance to the protection of the privacy and confidentiality of personal data of users of www.ecomedica.com.pl (hereinafter referred to as: the "Website").

  4. The administrator with due diligence selects and applies appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect the personal data being processed. Only persons duly authorized by the Administrator have full access to the databases.

  5. The administrator protects personal data against disclosure to unauthorized persons, as well as against their processing in violation of applicable law.

  6. Visitors to the Website can view the content posted on it without providing personal data.

The basis for the processing of personal data

  1. Personal data is processed by the Administrator in accordance with the law, including in particular Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (hereinafter referred to as "GDPR") in order to:

    1. conclusion and performance of the contract concluded on the terms specified in the Website's regulations (pursuant to Article 6 (1) (b) of the GDPR);

    2. answering Internet users' questions related to the Website and its functioning (pursuant to Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR);

    3. using the newsletter service, including sending commercial information, on the basis of expressed consent (Article 6 (1) (a) of the GDPR);

    4. fulfillment of legally binding obligations on the Data Administrator, pursuant to art. 6 sec. 1 lit. c GDPR (e.g. accounting and tax obligations);

    5. pursuing or securing claims (pursuant to Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR).

  2. Providing personal data is voluntary, however, the consequence of not providing data may be, depending on the case, the inability to use the services provided by korzeni.pl, the inability to obtain answers to the questions asked or the inability to receive the newsletter.

  3. The user should not provide the Administrator with personal data of third parties. However, if he provides such data, he always declares that he has the appropriate consent of third parties to transfer the data to the Administrator.

The scope of personal data processing

  1. The administrator processes the scope of data provided by the user in the content of the issue addressed to the Administrator.

  2. The data provided by users is used only for: performance of the contract concluded on the terms specified in the Website's regulations, answering questions, sending a newsletter, including commercial information about the Administrator and its products and services, and for statistical purposes.

Control of personal data processing

  1. The user is obliged to provide complete, up-to-date and true data.

  2. Each user whose personal data is processed by the Administrator has the right to access their data and the right to rectify, delete, limit processing, the right to transfer data, the right to object to data processing based on the legitimate interest of the Administrator, the right to withdraw consent in any at the moment without affecting the lawfulness of processing (if the processing takes place on the basis of consent), which was made on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.

  3. The use of the rights set out in the above paragraph may be carried out by sending an appropriate request to the address info@ecomedica.com.pl, providing the name and e-mail address of the user.

  4. The user has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority if he considers that the processing of his personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR.

Provision of personal data

  1. User data may be made available to entities authorized to receive them under applicable law, including the competent judicial authorities. Personal data may be transferred to entities processing them at the request of the Administrator, i.e. marketing agencies, partners providing technical services (developing and maintaining IT systems and websites).

  2. The recipient of the information stored in cookies is Paulina Borkowska Ecomedica and companies ordering the implementation of the advertising campaign, as well as entities researching and counting these campaigns, these data may also be made available to business partners Paulina Borkowska Ecomedica

  3. Some of our partners may store data of website users outside the EEA (European Economic Area). The transfer of data outside the EEA, e.g. to the USA, takes place only when the entity meets an appropriate level of security and data protection, e.g. on the basis of the decision of the European Commission of July 12, 2016, the so-called Privacy Shield. This means that your data may be transferred only to entities that comply with the rules set out by the US Department of Commerce under the EU-US Privacy Shield Framework programs governing the collection, use and storage of personal data from Member States of the European Union, respectively.

Storage period and other information regarding data processing

  1. Personal data will be kept only for the period necessary to achieve the specific purpose for which they were sent or for the purposes of complying with the law.

  2. If the user has consented to the use of personal data in connection with the use of the newsletter service, personal data will be processed until the consent is revoked.

  3. Personal data will not be processed automatically by the Administrator.
